I found Alan via very positive online reviews and he responded to my call directly. He was able to give prompt feedback regarding availability and was savy with communicating via digital media to clarify the nature of the job (floor tiling for 25sq metre studio and sealing a significant gap that had opened in shower wall tiling in very old house). Alan was a clear communicator, efficient in organising the job and clearly very passionate about tiling with the technical knowledge to back this up. He arrived on time, thoroughly explained the job process and left the site in a very orderly manner.
