  Zenith Heights did some structural work on my bungalow and i am very pleased with the result. They identified issues relating to soil conditions that other builders didn't. They were easy to talk to and very patient. Finished on time and came when they said they would.

  I engaged Zenith Heights to construct an entertaining deck and complete roof repairs two previous tradesman lacked the skills to complete. After thorough consultation, each job was completed well beyond my expectations! We now have an entertaining area that functions so beautifully it’s the envy of our friends and a ceiling without any leaks. Marshall was a pleasure to deal with from the outset.   I found that most houses consumed large amounts of energy due to the way they had been constructed. The more houses I went to the more it became clear to me that an even better way to reduce energy was prevent the building from consuming it.
