  Wainwright Constructions completed a major renovation on our 25 year old home. Paul was excellent to work with and always kept us informed throughout this complicated project. We always felt that Paul understood our tastes and what we were looking for, he was always mindful of the period cottage look of our home and brought excellent styling ideas to our design discussions. We found Paul to be very professional throughout and his tradesmanship and attention to detail unquestionable. Living in the home during the renovations was always going to be a challenge but the site was cleaned daily and the guys did their very best to accommodate us. Our project was completed on time and within budget. We would have no hesitation in recommending Wainwright Constructions for any new or renovation project. the best experience building project we have ever been involved with. Shaun & Niamh

  Paul Wainwright has built for me and several friends. I strongly recommend him as a person who listens closely to what you want, helps to guide you in decisions, and is a highly skilled tradesman and builder. His work was finished very well, and on time. He made some very helpful suggestions and I appreciated that. Altogether I have built four houses over fifty years, and reckon he is by far the best builder I have had.

  Paul Wainwright's father was a high quality joiner and these impressive standards have been Paul's legacy. Not only does he have a unique understanding of the foibles and objectives which Architects often impose, but he translates the ideas in a very impressive manner, is an excellent communicator and always strives to deliver technically effective, neatly detailed outcomes, understands the complexities of the BCA and various inspection benchmarks, and provides accurate reconciliation of costs and time involved. The only reason I would not recommend Wainwright Constructions Pty.Ltd. is that I would prefer to keep the very high professional benchmarks to which Paul aspires to myself. I have no hesitation in providing this endorsement and welcome any enquiry about their high trade standards.

  Paul Wainwright is a skilled builder and has done a lot of building jobs in our family. In years, he never failed us in terms of his work. Recently, we bought a new house and we have asked him to inspect the building for us. He really knows what he's doing and gives us plenty of advice. He is a friendly and reliable builder that you can ever trust. I highly recommend him to all of my friends and relatives.
