Ultimate Showers & Robes warranty's all our products and guarantees the quality of our installations. Our warranty protects you against any faults including defective or scratched glass, defective or discolored hardware and all workmanship for a period of one year from installation. We will repair or replace or refit at our cost including parts and labour.

Q..Why do you need to visit to do the measure and quote? A>>Since all of our glass is custom made to order, we need you to be able to provide the specifications for your piece(s) as exactly as possible in order to quote. For most orders, the minimum information required is: Quantity, Glass Dimensions (width x height), Type of Material (6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 14mm), glass thickness and tint (if tempered), and edgework required (if any). Are all the measurements square?

All our fitting and installations are custom made to fit your space, so we need to visit your home to complete an accurate measure, often we can give you a price on the spot.  Because of the nature of many glass products they must be manufactured to fit this can sometimes mean a delay of up to four weeks for some specialised products. We can advise you on this when placing an order.

Contact us early in the planning stage so we can discuss your individual design requirements.  Built in robes with drawers, hanging rails, shoe towers and specialised storage accessories should be planned to maximise functional storage at reduced cost.  Consider too the long term maintenance cost and appearance of finishes like wall tiles  glass splash backs and shower walls can be more economic.

We source many of our products from Tasmania and deal directly with the glazing industries biggest suppliers from the mainland.   Each month we personally visit our suppliers to collect stock and negotiate the best prices based on our increasing sales. We are proud to pass on the benefits of our lower cost to our clients.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We provide a written fixed price quote for the work you request.  Our quotes are emailed to you and can be accepted online with any variations you seek.   Once accepted we email your Invoice directly to you for payment of a deposit, final payment can be made upon satisfactory completion of the work.  We accept Cash, cheque, direct deposit, PayPal, Visa & Mastercard.
