  Mark was very professional and quick he fixed up all issues I had with my plans from a previous Architect. Mark was a pleasure to deal with very thorough and efficient even will all my extra questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs these services he made the process so much more easier and smoothly in getting my DA approved.

  We engaged Mark at Marks Design N Build for a renovation of our home. From the outset, Mark did what most architects fail to do. He listened to his clients needs. He didn't take on the job to win any sort of awards but rather to provide a solution for his clients. Being involved in the building game, this is a rare commodity but one that is highly valued and prized. He offered solutions to problems where none seemed apparent. His overall eye for detail was exceptional. Mark turned what was an ugly duckling into a majestic structure. I have no hesitation in recommending Mark to any future prospective clients. If you are after something you want rather than something the designer wants, Mark is your man.

  An absolute gentleman. Was only too happy to help and did this with very little notice. Worked after hours to help, which is very unusual. Couldn't speak more highly of Mark.
