  Stan was the first to respond and available right away. That’s got him one star! We have a 25 year old Lennox system that needs attention every year now and is still not working. Stan looked at the unit and identified a problem with the ignition module which had significant corrosion but the actual motor was still good. He took the motor with him saying he’ll try and find a replacement ignition unit and will call me later in the day. I thought it was unusual to take a part like that and decided to do a search on the company and found it went into liquidation in March. I had another service man look at the unit who said he would need that motor to be able to fix it as Lennox stopped making parts for it. Then that evening Stan called with great news! He found a manufacturer in SA that can manufacture the ignition unit at a cost of $1,100 and wound need that upfront before ordering. we opted not to move forward and agreed to pay the callout fee with return of the motor he took. Stan said he’ll mail the part back with info about the company that manufactures Lennox parts. it’s been 4 weeks and still no part and no heat!

As well as removing and replacing my air con unit they also rewaterproofed and retiled my balcony. The work is excellent, done on time and the balcony looks fabulous... and the cost was very reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending Stan and his team and would definitely use them again.
