Yes, we have an insureance on our company. Deliver quality is our prior number one! If something happens after I finished the job I would like to be called by the customer and I'll come over to see what's going on.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Since I was a young boy I always was fascinated by all kind of plumbingwork. After the training I did all kind of courses to add to my specialisation. I'm still learning and I'll always be!

I've been asked by a customer to do fix a plumbingjob. He was so happy with the result, that he decided he wanted me to renovate nearly his hole house, inside and outside. Now he is giving me the best advertisement I can get!!

The best thing of my job is a happy customer,which tells me afterwards that he or she is really happy with the result! It's great to see a room changing from nothing into a beautifull bathroom/kitchen for example.

The first question normally is "Can you do the job?" My answer would be that I've to come over to see what excactly the customer want. During the job there are heaps of questions. I'll give advice whenever I can do it.

Like I mentioned before is delivering quality our number one priority! I'm not going to do the job if I don't have the feeling that I can do it properly. It might take a little bit longer, but than you get the quality what you deserve!

I work together with the customer. Ask them what they want, give them advise through my 25 years of experience.

What kind of a job, the size of measurements of the job, where is it. Inspection of the room/building by yourself. What kind and how much materials you think you'll need. What time limit, is it urgent or not?

Think about what you want.  Go on the internet to get some idea's and prices. Than call me and I'll come over, have a chat about your plan and see what's possible or not.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Because I'm able to do the hole job myself, the customer don't need to hire a plumber or a tiler for example. This saves a lot of planning for tradies to come in for the customer.

I work with an hourly rate. I believe that's fair for the customers, instead of making quote's, which maybe need to be changed because of unexpected things of the job.
