Seascape Designs Sunset Beach SEAGULL Design has won 3 awards at the Midwest MBA Building Excellence awards 2015. ABOUT US Our address is 15 Fitzroy Link Vasse, we have moved from Geraldton / Kalbarri the past 20 yrs to now down south, Dunsborough / Yallingup / Busselton area. Last year we renovated an old disused office building and recycled it into new 9 inner city apartments in CBD Geraldton, Plus an 8 .5 star energy efficient H design home in Kalbarri. As well as building my sons new modern lake side home in Dunsborough Lakes. In 2016 Seascape designs did several renovations on old style homes all in the same suburb Beachlands Geraldton. 2015 we won 3 MBA awards for Energy efficiency, Recycling and Judges innovation awards on the Seagull Design, our own home. We have started off With “The SEAGULL” design at Sunset Beach as their first display home. The next display home “DUNE” is also in sunset beach estate and will be on the west side of Swordfish Dve when the next estate stage is open. The Dune is designed for the budget 1st home buyer market but still a sustainable home but just very basic , a small foot print ,Sustainable living, back to basics. David & Leanne Pratt ( DA & LJ Pratt Builders ) trading as Seascape Designs have been building new homes, renovations, extensions plus commercial jobs in Kalbarri since 1994 and have won numerous HIA & MBA awards for construction excellence in Energy efficient designs & water wise homes .
