Starting with maintenance, D & C residential and commercial construction projects, company’s portfolio has grown steadily to incorporate NDIS, Industrial Installations and railway. QACO has combined experience of over 25 years in the property maintenance business. From a single tradie to an organisation, it has grown to about 61 staff including administrative staff and site based supervisors and tradesman along with an established office and warehouse. Over the last three years QACO has been providing multi trade services in construction industry for clients like Land And Housing Cooperation (LAHC). We also provide services to community housing and are a part of maintenance contract for most of the greater Sydney region though Spotless and Broad Spectrum (previously Transfield Services). QACO has progressed into design consultancy by partnering and employing direct engineers and architects.
