  I interviewed the firm to prepare a DA for a major residential renovation and quickly realised they were the practical and personable firm I was looking for. They allowed my preferences to be incorporated nevertheless by the time the plans were ready for final Council submission their suggestions and innovative solutions were very much evident. The firm's experience and expertise definitely made a difference in gaining Marrickville Council's approval for the DA in a relatively short time. I have no hesitation in recommending the firm to others.

  One Flare addresses me as the best of the THREE I have tried so far- 1 hipages. 2 Service Seeking 3 One Flare Comments- 1 hipages is costing now up to $35 per contact. No control on numbers it sends each job out to. No jobs received yet after 2 months. Gary Finn however has obtained a lot of work. Me- paid now over $100 on credit card for leads which came to nothing. 2 Service Seeking recoup payment after deal closing. My contact tells me MULTITUDE of providers are sent lead. 3 One Flare offered me an introductory $100 TEN lead intro offer which I accepted. This is still open to many Providers unless you subscribe to their PREMIUM plan. David Lodder uses this and says he has has obtained $70K worth of work since. I will continue to experiment on my trial One Flare plan. But as I have I have optimum workload it would be some time until I use up the credit. I still find my own high attention servicing model for Archicentre Clients brings me the best return.
