  McEvoy building were able to build our dream home at a reasonable price. Phil assisted us right from the design stage through to colour selection, product styles and completed product. The house has been completed to a very high standard with the use of quality trades. Phil was always contactable and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks McEvoy Building!

  We engaged P&D McEvoy Building Services early in 2015 to construct a large, modern extension to our Victorian era home. Phil was one of a number of builders recommended to us by our building design firm, and early in the quotation process his impressed us with his friendly, "can do" and no nonsense approach. Like most builds of this nature there were some challenges along the journey, and Phil dealt with these in a very professional way, pushing through any obstacles and coming up with sound solutions. He also suggested improvements and enhancements during the process to further improve the end result. Phil has professional and personable staff (both direct employees and subcontractors) on board as part of his team, who are customer focussed, know their stuff and just get on with the job. The team includes family members as well, and collectively the care factor shines through. We were closely involved with Phil at most stages of the project, and are very happy with the final product.
