  We couldn’t be happier with the experience working with Bob and his team. From the very beginning of the planning stage right through to the final finishes, his work was exceptional. Bob’s attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the build and he consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard. Communication throughout the project was clear, timely, and professional. Bob took the time to listen to our ideas, offered thoughtful suggestions, and kept us informed at every stage. We are absolutely thrilled with the final result of our large scale renovation and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bob and Lumos Projects to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and dedicated builder.

  I’m so glad we chose Bob to renovate and extend our home. He is careful and methodical in the way he works and helped us (along with our architect) navigate council approvals. He was very considered in his approach and looked after the neighbours as well, particularly as we built along the boundary line. Lumous Projects took care of end-to-end renovations and we walked into ‘brand new home’. We got all new double glazed windows and doors, new shaker style cabinetry throughout and hardware that was matched to Victorian style architraves, skirtings and ceiling rose. Bob redesigned our kitchen and bathroom and worked with architect to add another bathroom, laundry and study. He rebuilt our deck, organised the landscaping, new gutters, lighting and external painting. You name it, he did it. I have already recommended him to others and will continue to do so. The pics I have added don’t fully capture his work, but we are extremely happy!

  Our recent renovations were undertaken by Lumous Projects and we are absolutely stoked at the result! Bob was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was respectful and patient with both myself and my partner, and communicated clearly at all times. We're really impressed at the attention to detail we can see in our renovated area and the care Bob showed to the older parts of our home. We would recommend his company in a heartbeat and know who to use with our future renovations. Thank you Bob, we love our new kitchen, laundry and decking area!

  Thank you Bob for always being so responsive, available and reliable - everything a builder SHOULD be but just soo rare these days. We really appreciated Bob working with us. Despite a few challenges, Bob always made sure we were well looked after and was quick to sort out everything. We also had our renovations happen over Christmas, so with Bob's coordination, we managed to get our new kitchen, bathrooms and floors done in weeks!! A true gem.

  Bob at Lumous is a very knowledgeable and accommodating builder. He was always available to answer any questions, research options and reply to all our concerns promptly giving us clear explanations of our options, providing detailed quotes. He is very polite and professional to work with. He worked with our design, preparing itemized quotes. He is so helpful and experienced in the industry. We recommend him for projects large and small!
