Our work is guaranteed for ten years and we have all the appropriate insurances to comply with work cover and council requirements. Public liability is to five million dollars.

I decided at the ripe age of around twelve that I wanted to build houses. My grandmother convinced me to do it because every time I went to visit I would go out to her shed and build something for her.

we would need to be provided with all the documentation you have to give you an accurate quotation. That means finished plans and engineering as well as a soil report.

Money can be saved by thinking about the use f passive solar heating, that means orientating the home to make best use of the summer and winter arc of the sun, that is heating it in winter and cooling it in summer.

Our pricing is based on the need to keep our team of trades busy, that is we do not over price any job as we want to be competitive and keep our tradesmen busy and also to put people in homes.

We charge by way of tendering for your project. we submit a fixed price to build your home or extension from start to finish. We also build within the time frame we tell you we will.

I specialise in the construction of quality custom built homes and extensions, built on time and on budget. We listen to your specific needs and cater to exactly what it is you are wanting in your home.

I have been in the building industry for 24 years now and have built it all from small extensions to larger grand homes. There are not many problems I have not come across or solved before.
