  The team at Grand Additions finished a major renovation on our home early this year. We could not be happier with the result! After meeting with 4 other builders highly recommended in our area, we met with Kerry and Michael. From the moment we met them, we knew they were who we wanted to work with. Genuine and honest from the start, awesome ideas, great communicators, quality workmanship, excellent service and a great team. Highly recommend meeting with them and talking through your ideas. They really think outside the box and respect all ideas. I never felt intimidated by changing my mind "one last time" throughout the build. They managed expectations and helped keep the project on budget. Thanks guys - look forward to working with you again!
