• What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

  I need to know the size of the job, if materials are included, this is for me to give them a quote. I cant give a quote without a description, so maybe email photos to my email, or I can come have a look at the job, and than i will give a quote from there.

• How do you normally charge for your service?

  I am pretty reasonabl with my hourly rates and call out fee. I charge an hourly rate plus a call out fee. but it all depends on what the job is and how far it is.
