  Elrich Construction Group successfully completed our ensuite and main bathroom renovations beyond our expectations. My wife and I agreed that we needed to do something before water started dripping from upstairs down to the kitchen and dinning rooms. Our bathrooms were untouched for about 30-40 years and started to show signs that needed to be addressed. The main bathroom had a cracked shower screen and the shower door only half closed, the other half having fallen off years ago. Also the brickwork stepover had started to deteriorate and a hole had started to develop. Also the sink bowl had a slight crack near the base of the sink. So it wasnt a hard decision only (why did you leave it for so long) good question - money of course or lack of it. Anyway where do you start to look for a reliable good company that wont take your money and run or go out of business, the media gets people doubting everything !!! Searching the net I ran across an APP which gave me several companies to call and get quotes on what we wanted. . All up I contacted six companies three of which responded and came to look at the bathrooms. All three were fairly similar in price but only Elrich construction gave an accurate timeframe, so after checking them out and consulting my better half decided to go with Elrich construction. Right from the start Mick was the point of contact to everything. His professional attitude and approach to the renovations was refreshing as was his ideas and his teams of contractors were all the ultimate professionals. From demolition work which is very dusty and noisy Micks contractors worked diligently in all aspects of the renovation. Because we only have the two upstairs showers they started with the ensuite while we used the main bathroom delaying the timeframe but suiting us nicely. What suprised us the most was the new standards for waterprofing (new for us) and Mick's water proofer was brillant and very thorough in his application of his work. You can see why it does take time to get all different pieces of the puzzle to solve the big picture. Like everything these days not everything was available, but we still had the main bathroom to renovate and the ensuite was usable. On mentioning availability we brought most of our Bathroom items and fittings from Mick's recommendations and he managed a few discounts which is another tick for Mick. Actually his approach is very very professional and has mentioned that should we need any other items in the future to just give him a call. The only draw back is that now my wife feels our bathrooms are two flash for the rest of the house and we have to now repaint the house upstairs and she is planning to upgrade the Kitchen.   Mick was an exceptional builder, he worked with me every step of the way and was willing to make changes on the fly as requirements changed. He was there for me day and night by phone/text and always answer my questions promptly. I couldn't have expected a better builder. The granny flat build was projected to be completed in 3-4 months, however because of Mick perseverance and organisational ability, he was able to hand the keys to me in less than 3 months, with little to no defects. I highly recommend anyone looking for a trustworthy builder to contact Elrich Construction and be upfront with what they want, as they will deliver without compromise.
