We need to know the lineal meterage or the area measurements. Its helpful to know the access we have when doing renovations Ie) side gates or driveways. If a customers is wanting us to supply and fit.colour choices are a very handy piece of information to have ready

1) Purchasing their products from wholesalers or using one of our trusted wholesale suppliers. 2) using our price matching deals. 3) customers can also save money by doing a lot of the prep work themselves i.e.) when painting they can save money by doing the patch work or prepping of the walls.

At Diverse Finishes we will always shop around for the correct product of your choosing and chase the price with a few different manufacturers. We believe in price matching and giving our customers piece of mind when it comes to quoting.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Each renovation is broken up into the individual trade that is needed to complete the renovation. If you are just having laminate flooring laid then a carpenter will charge per m2 plus product. If you are renovating your bathroom then we will break it down an itemise your quote.

Diverse Finishes has over 5 different trades that we specialise in. The CEO is a Glazier, then we have carpenters, roof carpenters, tilers, plumbers, electricians, ceiling fixers, landscapers and many many more.

All trades that we have on our books are all qualified and they all have the correction training and insurances. We will always discuss the planned renovation in details with each customer before changes are made.
