Iam insured with QBE insurance with builders home warranty . I offer 7 years warranty on all my work plus a 6 month defect period on all interior and exterior work I also have 10 million public liability insurance.

I love my job I take pride in the work I produce. I've loved being a builder since I was a young boy. So I followed in my fathers foot steps to becoming a great builder like he is.

Are you licensed do u have insurance can I see your previous work have you got abn or acn how long you Ben doing your trade for. Do u use the same trades on most of your work the most important as a lot of builders don't have good relationship with there tradesman and that's when trouble hits a job!!!

Is there any plans drawn with permits for the job they want done. What they want done who's going to provide materials. Complications of the work. What type of finishing or fixtures they want.

1. Customers should utilise existing resources of the property including bricks, roof tilers etc this is a big cost cutter with savings in the thousands.

With suppliers and trades being with us for years we have a strong indication of what projects can cost, this has gave us the upper hand as we quote jobs promptly and succeed in being rewarded the project.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I usually charge $45 dollars per hour plus gst on most small jobs. If its a large job and there's alot of work involved I like to price it by seeing plans to give a fixed price.

We specialise in all type of construction from renovations to home extensions ground floor and two storey . New homes to unit developments .pergolas decks carports and more.
