  Thomas is extremely professional yet approachable and friendly. He tailors sessions to individual goals but remains focussed on technique and improvement throughout. Training with a PT can be intimidating but not with Thomas! He's very accommodating to varying scheduling and gives great advice on general health, nutrition etc I recommend his services unreservedly.

  I do not charge for gym rent fees in my prices. Incentives and savings are always available with most bulk packs. Nutritional guide lines and work out programmes are included with the bulk offers. You learn how to work out correctly, NOT just doing what I say or what the programme tells you to do
