  We recently had the pleasure of working with Arise Building Design on a facelift renovation for our cafe and we can't recommend Malaik and the team enough! They completely transformed our space, turning it from dated and dim to bright, spacious, and inviting.   Malaik stepped us through the planning and design process in an incredibly professional and personal manner. Arise Building Design has made a daunting process very easy and has offered sound advice and direction with our design ideas especially in regard to natural light and functional flow of the home. Even when we had to review our plans after being made aware of several heritage restrictions, Malaik was very accommodating in making allowances & providing practical suggestions in the design for these restrictions, with the end result being an adapted design that we are very happy with and excited about. We would highly recommend Malaik and Arise Building Design to anyone needing new house/renovation designs.
