Although our truck was over an hour late, the communication, service quality and value were very satisfactory. The 1300 number provided is almost always attended by courteous and competent staff. On the one occasion that it wasn't, we received a call back within 45 minutes. As compensation for the late arrival of our moving van we re-negotiated out initial quote and the booking agent was very helpful and understanding in the process. Although not a flashy outfit, the guys were diligent and careful with our things in limited space and a second storey move. I would recommend them to others, with the expectation that timeliness may be an issue, but with value that can't be beat.
