  Can’t be more thankful for the guys at Non stop I called them regarding moving me out of my apartment to my new home they were more then helpful and honest they took extra care wile moving me furniture and all the boxes they made a stress full move so easy I highly recommend if anyone is looking for a honest company thankyou agin for all your hard work

  Two guys turned up. The driver Sam was very polite. The other guy was way out of line. Totally off course Totally unacceptable. Extremely rude. Don't they train their staff. He was Rude crude and raw. A total failure. The truck parked across the driveway. There was 10 metres in front of the truck. I asked them to move forward. Sam the driver started to pull forward. The rude guy (the little guy) got out of the truck and started yelling at me. He said they have to take something out of the back of the truck. A lot of rubbish. There was 10 metres in front of the truck. He then walked around angry angry angry. He kept looking at me as though to say what are you going to do about it. There was definitely something wrong with that guy. Fancy sending a guy like that to do the job. Totally unacceptable. Bad training. Rude uncouthed unpolished raw. I don't know if it's possible to train a guy like that. An astute trainer would say you're just not right for the job. You're just plain rude and unacceptable. Some people just don't meet the job requirements. They fail hopelessly. There was definitely something wrong with that guy. He was just plain rude and unacceptable. He failed hopelessly The table needed to be disassembled. The rude guy (the little guy) got a power drill and was about to remove the screws. My friend shouted Stop. My friend then removed the screws with a screw driver. Who knows what damage that would've caused. So he is not only rude and unacceptable he is unknowledgeable and incompetent as well. A total failure When the truck was loaded I forgot something. I took it to the truck. The rude guy got out and grabbed it from me. I almost fell off the pavement. He threw it in the truck. My furniture. He then walked back to the truck angry angry angry. When we got to the other place I asked him to put something somewhere. He refused. He then put it there and looked at me as though to say you should be very happy I put it there. There were a few big boxes on top of each other. I told them to put it in a single level because it's easier for me to open. The driver was very polite and did it and went on to do some work. The rude guy stood there and argued with me. He said we don't have to do that. You have to do that. What's that ? If I tell him to put a small box somewhere he has to do it. I'm paying him. There was 5 minutes to go. They stopped working. There was still a few things to do. I told them to do it. They did it. However they should have done it without me having to tell them They're smart arses. They also tried to overcharge me. I put them straight. The driver when I think about it wasn't as bad as the other guy but it was underlying. Attitude ! Attitude ! Attitude ! The other guy was way out of line. Totally unacceptable A total failure. The driver wasn't as bad but it was there. Both smart arses. Fancy sending extremely rude unacceptable guys like that to do the job. A total failure. I felt like kicking them out of my place. The lounge cushions were thrown all over the floor. They did not put it on the lounge. They left it there. They did not do it. When I went to get the phone ready to.pay them the rude guy said to me hurry up. I felt like kicking him out of my place. There is a chip on the coffee table. It is not a big chip but it is there. Better care should have been taken. So an Extremely Rude crude uncouthed unpolished raw inadequate inept unacceptable guy was sent to do the job. A total failure The driver wasn't as bad but it was there. Attitude ! Extremely bad. Terrible ! Terrible ! Terrible ! Totally unacceptable. I'll let you draw your own conclusions. Having said that, the person I arranged it through was very polite. 1star is for him However, that doesn't make any difference when you send an extremely rude guy and a driver who is not as bad but it is there. His attitude wasn't much better Zero stars for them. They were both smart arses. I felt like kicking them both out of my place. Fancy sending guys like that to do the job. Terrible Terrible Terrible. Totally unacceptable. Really. Terrible.
