  We chose Pick & Pack out of about 15 quotes for our move on the strength of the outstanding customer feedback they get - we only found excellent reviews on the web, which was very different to other companies at a similar price point. I'm pleased to say it was the right decision. The team did a great job moving our 2 bedroom unit within a couple hours. They worked very efficiently but still took good care with fragile items. They checked with us what needed to be moved, where things should go etc. They were friendly, competent and organised and things progressed quickly. Competitive rate, clear and honest quote, easy transaction. I don't actually see anything that could have been better. Pick & Pack made our move a smooth and relatively pain free experience and I would highly recommend them.

  The removalists David and Dany were outstanding, fast and helpful. However the owner/manager charged me for more hours than it took, due to the truck he sent being too small, despite the fact that I'd told him exactly what things I was moving. Therefore it ended up costing more than I'd been quoted/was expecting, which he demanded in cash.
