Stay away They took 13 hours, plus trying to charge me $4000. These people are unprofessional, Quotes one price$160/hr and then just before the job tells you it’s going to be more, offers you 3 guys to get the job done quicker and then took 13 hours (causing my settlement to be delayed). I gave them a detailed itinerary and photos to show how much furniture I had, which wasn’t any bigger than a normal four bedroom home? Eddie passed a comment that there wasn’t as much furniture, as he thought, but they just kept putting furniture in the wrong place. I gave them a detailed plan of the house rooms numbered with an inventory of where to put the things. My outdoor furniture daybeds are still in my garage because they made out they couldn’t get it through the front door even though they got a large dining table through that door. One of the workers referred to me as a rich b*** and was asking personal questions about how much I paid for my home and different items that were in my home, which is so unprofessional. sorry to say that you have fabricated a pack of absolute lies trying to deface my company. You were well aware prior to the move that you were going to be charged hourly for 3 men and you agreed to pay the rate that I provided you for the hours worked. I advised you that it was going to take a minimum of 10 to 12hrs and that it would take a minimum of 2 or 3 trips between Gerringong and Shoalhaven. You had a double garage full of stuff plus a 3 bedroom house with 2 lounge rooms of furniture plus outdoor furniture and 200 boxes plus garage furniture and plastic boxes .You failed to pay the bill for the service we provided, ripped me off $900 and now have the hide to deface my company with low tactics and lies. All your furniture arrived in perfect condition nothing was damaged and we even packed all the boxes neatly stacked them in the garage for you and not just thrown anywhere. we take great pride in our work and customers who don't want to pay their way for us to do the work try to deface us .It's a low thing to do when we did extra work in order to make it all easier for you. If anything I could of taken action for slander but I'm a bigger person than you sorry your such a shallow person but anyone who has used my services in the past knows how much of a good job I do and how much pride I take in providing a great moving experience.Kathy S

Called and spoke to Eddie on Tuesday Morning about having a display cabinet collected from Glenmore Park and delivered to Cronulla. He was very efficient and booked the job for the following day which was perfect for me as that was my day off. I found Eddie and his off-sider to be very courteous, polite and efficient. I liked the fact that he gave me a straight out price and therefore I knew what the cost was. My decision was made instantly upon speaking with Eddie and him giving me a fixed price, I felt confident that he was the best person for the job after I had called and had 6 other quotes from other removalists.
