Job Description: Hi, I have got a few issues to be fixed at my unit in Wantirna South. I noticed water stains on the ceilings recently in the living room and one bedroom. I also found the ceiling from the bathroom above the shower base has a little crack. I guess these should be done asap. I need the roof gutter cleaning and check the roof tiles to see if the problem comes from there. I would like to have a free inspection of the moisture level/ leak detection of the whole unit especially the shower base area and ceilings. I am considering a shower base renewal / bathroom renovation and installation of dishwasher too. At the laundry, I need to fix a leak for the tap and I already bought a new mixer to be replaced. The tap from the outdoor retractable hose reel seems to have leaking after turning off . Do you serve Wantirna South area? If so, I would like to have a free quote and just wondering if there is a zero call out fee for the jobs to be done. Thank you.
