Job Description: The property has a Bungalow and also an external room that we are fitting out for a bathroom and kitchen. We need Hot & Cold water run from the Bungalow to the external Room and Waste water run to the Bungalow. We are installing a shower, toilet, vanity basin and kitchen sink and also a skylite and need some roof work for an exhaust fan, the roof/ceiling is plaster and tin. The external room is on a Slab and we don't want to break the slab but put all the plumbing through the wall. The wall through which you would put the pipes is plaster and tin, so we may need an external box to hide the plumbing. You will need to dig a trench (it's about 4m) for the Waste Water and the Hot and Cold Pipes are about 12m from the external room. Plumb up a free standing toilet, shower and vanity and also run pipes in the room along the wall for a kitchen sink. Pictures show the area where the bathroom stuff is going, an external view of the waste water point in the bungalow, the outside of the external room, and the existing hot water system.
