Brendan was super responsive with great communication. When his team Andrew & Zac arrived to diagnose a blocked sewer they kept me well informed on pricing & options. A time to return to carry out the required repairs was locked in and they promptly returned armed with all the appropriate tooling required to complete the massive task of removing tree roots that had been the cause of the blockage. The team stayed until the job was 100% completed and we were back in action. They also cleaned up after themselves prior to leaving even though it was late on a Friday afternoon.
