He communicated with us letting us know when he would arrive and sent a message to let me know the job was complete.   Solve It responded to our emergency promptly, successfully unblocking our drain. There were also a few smaller jobs that were efficiently attended to. Although there was miscommunication, it all turned out well in the end once Solve It were made aware of the problem. We would definitely have them back again, especially because Byron seems to know his stuff, the prices are reasonable, plus overall he is a very fair and reasonable person to deal with, Laurette C
