Job Description: I have a DUX 125S136 hot water heater. Over the last few days I have noticed the hot water run out during my shower (never happened before). This morning the water wouldnt get hot in the first place. I have checked that its also luke warm in the kitchen so it isnt the valve controlling bathroom temp. I have checked there is no issue with circuit breaker and all the connections on hot water heater look good. In case I need a replacement, I'm on the 2nd floor of an apartment with large elevator access. Would prefer like for like or at least a unit that is not taller than the current unit.

Job Description: I have recently moved into this apartment, and replaced the showerhead with a higher flowing head. Unfortunately this has highlighted that there is low flow/pressure to the showerhead. I am interested in finding out of there are options to increase the flow-rate to the shower head. Currently it seems the shower is connected up to an electrical hot water heater via a ttv15c tempering valve, and the how water service is connected to mains via just a one-way valve, so there unfortunately appears to be no pressure regulators to adjust. Not sure if the flow restriction is in the mixing valve, the new shower head I have installed (I dont think so but possible) or if I simply have low pressure to work with. Wanting a plumber to consult to see what sort of options I may have.
