Bit disappointed that they didn't bother to try to source the identical part considering it's something that will be shown outside and used all the time. Job Description: The area that is most affected is a down stairs toilet and shower. I have used a long snake and the line is clear. I have plunged the toiled after putting in excess water and it empties the line to a gurgle suggesting a block further down the line. There is a trap or junction of some sort further down the line that I am not familiar with but is easily accessible. I suspect that is where the problem is because there is a roof rain water down pipe tear it that is backed up about 30cm
