I got a very fast response within 2 hours, Alex called me saying he was nearby to provide a free quote onsite and he came within 20mins after the call on Saturday. 2. He gave me reasonable price quote and choices on wether or not to use camera, where in the past I had been forced to use camera by other plumber. 3. I mentioned about leaking tap needs to be fixed, he told me Sydney Water offer free service on fixing taps, and offered to teach me how to change washer myself. Unlike the other plumber I used in the past (Omega-changed ONE pair leaking shower tap not head for $450, and I'll remember that rippoff forever) 4. Alex also ringed Sydney Waters on my behalf after identified other problem rather than just let me do it.
