  STAY AWAY!!! I was a long time customer of Rupert's, 5yrs + and over time he has become extremely rude, a liar and a cheat! Rupert gave us a packaged price which we agreed to. He drafted all the pipes etc and we gave half of the money to begin with and the rest to be paid upon fit off when we had finished our renovation. When we called him back to complete the fit off, he asked for more money which we agreed to, he told my husband he was going to Reece to pick up some parts and he just took off and never returned to complete the job nor did he answer any of our calls. Finally when he answered days later he had decided it wasnt worth his time to complete our job. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND SHOCKED CONSIDERING HE IS RUNNING A BUSINESS! STAY AWAY! PLENTY OF PLUMBERS OUT THERE! YOU DONT NEED THE HEADACHE OF RUDE COMMENTS AND SNIDE REMARKS! RUPERT - Although you are working for Builders now and dont need us customers anymore because you said and i quote "Time wasters", just remember the customers are a regular income for you when the builders kick you to the kerb once they are done!

  I was very impressed with Rupert and will keep his details for the future. He contacted me within one hour of my request for service and visited to quote later the same day. I had a badly leaking pipe in the front garden and he temporarily fixed the leak, making an appointment to do the full job the next working day. He arrived on time, explained everything, did extra work, finished within the advised time and charged the amount he quoted. He was relaxed and friendly yet still made me feel confident of his professionalism. A real find.

  Wow - what a top job. Turned up on the dot, did a beautiful job of the new pipe work and was super competitive. If you want a plumbing job done I would seriously suggest Rupes plumbing. Quoted and installed in under 24 hours, I don't normally give detailed feedback but this guy certainly deserves it Awesome job.

  I've always been very handy. I grew up helping my father service diesel engines and was getting my hands dirty when I should have probably been playing with other kids. I had no idea when I chose plumbing what it would entail however it turned out to be a natural fit.
