EXCELLENT SERVICE! I requested a service call, by email from Coffs Harbour, on behalf of my 91 yr old mother-in-law in Castle Hill. James contacted her by phone and arrived at exactly the time he promised. Within an hour he had fixed the problem (a toilet wall tap that could not be turned off), cleaned up what-ever mess he had made, and departed. He left behind a very happy, satisfied old lady (and very relieved son-in-law I might add). She told me that 'he was a very nice, friendly young man'.
