I had a leaking pipe under the concrete which was going to be an expensive job. The first company gave me a large quote with many caveats about additional costs if things weren’t as expected and did not cover repair of damage that may be incurred from fixing the pipe. Adam gave me a very similar quote however, it covered everything INCLUDING if unexpected things happened as well as plasterboard repairs. He also went out of his way to organise a plasterer before Christmas. This greatly reduced the stress I was feeling as I knew from the outset what the final price would be, I didn’t have to organise more tradies, and it was a relief not to have the walls fixed before Christmas. I am SO glad I went with Adam. I felt he understood the job requirements much more than the first company and, as it turned out, there way no way this job could have been done without going through the walls. Nor were the pipes exactly where the first company were saying they were. So if I went with them, it would have turned into an ever expensive job. Adam was also able to better explain some concerns I had about some of the floor being warm which were dismissed by the first company. He did a great job, organised the whole job from start to finish, was courteous and would have let me set up a payment plan if I needed one. I would definitely recommend A&Co.
