    Job Description: I have not kept up with my fitness goals and have put on at least 10kg in around 2 years that I hate. I currently weigh around 74kg and am around 172cm tall (I think). I have recently quit smoking and want to get back into training and feeling and looking good again. I am looking for something affordable as I will need to work out if this is something that I can fit into my budget and would be looking to train 2-3 times a week as I swim for 45 mins 3 days a week currently.
