Where do I start, My husband Leon and I thought we could do with a little push as far as exercise goes,so we hired Heather..........oh my goodness such polish..........Leon has Parkinsons so needs a little extra attention and Heather certainly gave that. Me,well I need it also, I have had two heart attacks and have two stents in place. Heather took all this on board and worked out a wonderful program for each of us.We are reasonably fit for our ages 74 and 76 but Heathers extra care was wonderful. We are extremely sad that Heather has left our area..........we are fitter and also have a new friend. Good luck in your new location Heather.

Hi. I am an average 65 year old male in good health except for continual back problems after any physical work. I have been attending Val's classes for the last 12 weeks after recommendation from my wife who has attended these classes for over 12 months. After 6 weeks of Val's classes which includes cardio and core strength exercises, I realised that I wasn't getting any back pain after laying tiles in my bathroom renovation. As my stomach and back muscles and general wellbeing have improved so much, I am now totally confident with my body to do anything. My Thursday class has a small group of people ranging in age from 30 to 70. Val gives everyone in the class individual personal attention geared to the level of fitness of each person and also taking into account any health issues like problem knees, shoulders backs etc. Val is a very good communicator and an excellent instructor. Her fees are very reasonable considering the personal attention she gives. I would recommend Val to anyone of any age who wants to improve their general fitness and wellbeing. I cannot praise Michael and the team at Performance Revolution highly enough! I have been consistently going to the gym and working with PTs for 8 years now but I have to say that Michael and his team have had the biggest impact on my results than anything in that time. Their skill level surpasses that of any of the trainers I have worked with. The classes are really thought out (they really are full body workouts) and Michael provides consistent variety which means I stay motivated and most importantly sore! I have never once felt like I wasn’t making progress or the exercises were getting mundane or weren’t challenging enough. The flexibility of the programming especially the online options means that making the gym/classes is so much easier so I have never been more fit, more motivated or seen results so quickly. The product provided by Michael and Performance Revolution is a completely holistic program. I love it!

Whatever my health and fitness goals have been, Heidi has designed programs to help me achieve them and has kept me on track. When I wanted to have a six pack she taught me how to eat so I would burn fat and maintain muscle, and when I wanted to ease back into training after a long time away with injuries, she designed training sessions to help me rebuild my foundations without going too hard and re-injuring myself. Most of all, I highly recommend Heidi for her massages. It is amazing how almost any niggle can be dramatically improved by an hour on Heidi's table!

I came to Isaac at Prestige in July 2013, after doing a clean eating/working out twice a day challenge where I had lost 10kg in 10 weeks. I developed disordered eating and my body rebounded as I struggled to maintain the perfectionism the previous challenge had upheld. At Prestige I was taught in depth about how to use food as fuel and to improve not just my looks but also my health and performance. I learned about the importance of great sleep, minimising stress, and that sometimes training less can be more effective. I had the most amazing support from Isaac, the other trainers, and the “gym family” - a place I have met some of my best friends and my now fiancé. I’m now in such an amazing position where I look in the mirror and genuinely love my body, I am super proud of how fit and strong I am, and I am in absolutely the most healthy state I could possibly be in! The support, education, and friendly and inclusive vibe is second to none and I couldn’t recommend this place more highly - second home, second family!

I’ve seen great results over the past few months! Very affordable and workable around my schedule. Constantly increasing in difficulty and scope and focused to match my fitness goals. Cassies sessions are great to fit your desired results but definitely push you to do as much as you can. Im seeing improved cardio and body composition. Highly recommended!
