I have been treated by Manny for the last few month to help resolve some long standing issues with my back and posture. He treated me with Kanetica with remedial massages every now and again. the results have been fantastic, my range of movement has improved, the pain has all but gone. Job Description: I'm a shift worker. I work 8x 10hr shifts a fortnight + overtime. I do a combination of day (8am -6pm), evening (2pm-midnight) and night (10.30pm- 8.30am) shifts. It's been hard maintaining good habits and I've become lazy with routines and put on a bunch of weight in the last 2 years. My first goal is to lose weight and but also focus on coming up with sustainable routines. I also have bad right ankle (it's been sprained a few times from various hikes in the past) so I have to always be mindful of it during physical activities. I also want to eventually apply to care-flight to be a medical retrieval doctor which involves passing a bunch of physical tests too, so it would be good to overall improve my fitness. I would prefer to reserve sessions for my days off, though could sometimes do a sesh before evening or night shift (ie around 12.30pm or 7.30-8pm). I would ideally like to aim to do maybe 4-5 sessions a fortnight - but that depends on the quotes I receive, because I have a budget I want to stick to.
