25 Mar 2025Location: Dromana, VICJob Description: We have add our offer accepted on the property and the planned settlement date is the 29th of April. We require to be in the property to commence work and daycare by the 6th of May. We are still waiting on the finance period to pass, but are rounding quotes for this via OneFlare as we have had some outlandish quotes from business directly. The home is 2storey, 4 bed, 2 bath, Kitchen and 1 Living + 1 Seating area. We require the internal walls to be slight white (Lexicon quarter most likely) and the timber to be white. There are 2 x rustic/villa style timber doors that wont be painted to the bedrooms, but the remaining 6-7doors would be painted. The steps/handrail does not need painting - just the timber poles that run up and down from the steps to handrail. I can provide the proposed residence's realestate link for you when you make contact.
