The front and green section is covered under home and land package, so its only the back yard. Grass area is about 75m and about 3m of mulch along the fenceline with 10 low maintenance plants. weed mat underneath all the mulched area. We will need about 20 to 26 stepping stones. Its currently cleared with a sand base. Maybe having something to divide the grass and mulch, like a thin paver or something. And one tree that won't grow too large.
