Job Description: The timber fence on top of the retaining wall is falling over, dirt has eroded around the concrete holding the fence posts, timber is rotting. We are unsure if the retaining wall needs replacing, however, it will need to be built up as the fence is retaining the neighbours yard. We know it will need engineers drawings to increase height. Cheers.
