Allow to stump grind all stumps and surface roots to a minimum depth of 100mm below the adjusted surface level, as required. b. Supply and install shade and drought tolerant turf Empire Zoysia to refurbish the disturbed area forward of the proposed new concrete area. Garden C a. Remove and dispose of all shrubs, plants, coverage of mulch/gravel to the garden area. b. Supply and install new plants/garden materials to the remaining garden area as nominated below: i. 10x Liriope Amethyst (140mm pot size). ii. 75mm (min.) coverage of Tea Tree mulch to the garden. Garden D a. Remove and dispose of all plants, coverage of mulch/gravel, and garden edging. Garden E a. Remove and dispose of all plants/shrubs, coverage of mulch/gravel, and garden edging. b. Supply and install shade and drought tolerant turf to refurbish all disturbed areas Empire Zoysia c.
