Clean all air vents of dust Kitchen: Inside and outside all cupboards and doors. Inside, outside and around stove. Inside, outside and behind refrigerator (where applicable). Inside, outside and behind dishwasher (where applicable). Exhaust fans and filter. Sink, especially drain holes. (ensure that plugs are left in property) Bathroom: All floors, mirrors and windows. Inside and outside all cupboards. Toilet, bath, shower recess, glass screens, sink. Clean inside built-in wardrobes and mirrored doors (wipe over scuff marks). Shower curtain washed with bleach or replaced if applicable. Laundry: Inside, outside and behind washing machine. Rinse out filter (where applicable). Inside, outside and behind dryer, remove lint (where applicable). Clean laundry tub. Veranda/Balcony: Sweep, mop, clean railings & any Perspex or glass. Remove all cobwebs etc. Clean / scrub if necessary balcony floors. Lock-up Garage: Sweep out. Empty any wheelie bins and remove all rubbish. Clean oil residue from concrete.
