Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes we are insured - we carry $10 million Public Liability Insurance to cover any accidents we may have on the job. We hope we never need it but the insurance gives you peace of mind to know that should something happen we are covered.

Our business is all about taking the stress of keeping your home clean off your shoulders.  Because we come in and do all the normal weekly or 2 weekly cleaning at the same time you get to experience a clean house regularly. We are there to make your life easier.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Everyone needs to know what is going to be provided for the service.  Customers need to be satisfied that the service provider can work to the standard required and that the right equipment etc is to be used.  However, probably the biggest question in cleaning should be - how do I make sure you understand what I want. At Select we try to give you several ways of communication with us - from a communication book left onsite to on line surveys. The more we know the better we can meet your needs.

Q:  Are you insured? A: Yes - we have $10m Public Liability Insurance  Q: Will I have the same cleaners every time for my regular job? A:  Yes - all of our cleaners own their own businesses and you have the same cleaner(s) every time so you can build a good working relationship.  Q: Do you bring everything with you? A:  Yes - we bring everything from vacuum cleaner to cloths  Q: Do you have a process in place to protect against cross contamination? A: Yes - it is important that customers know that cloths used on toilets & in bathrooms are not used anywhere. else in the house.  Q: What happens if I have any issues? A: We encourage customers to talk directly with their cleaner. We leave a communication book onsite so you can leave notes for the cleaner. You also have the option of dealing with head office and we can work with the cleaner to sort out any issues.

As owner operators we are dedicated to our customers satisfaction.  All of our cleaners are police checked and have been through a comprehensive training program. As owners working in the multi award winning Select system our cleaners are a cut above the rest.

Select Home Cleaning is an owner based business. The service you receive is provided by a business owner dedicated to your satisfaction. Our structure also means that you can deal either with your cleaner or with Select head office - whichever is easiest for you. Our whole business is designed to give you a great clean...every time.

We like to visit your home to look at what regular cleaning you want done - after all, all homes are different and you will want your home treated just right.

Be organised - we are there to do the normal weekly or 2 weekly clean of your home. Our job is made easier if the dishes are done, toys are picked up and generally the place is tidy. We are happy to do all of this but it can take time away from the cleaning or increase the price.  However - you tell us what you want and we will tailor a service to meet your needs. We are there to relieve your stress!

Great cleaning requires people who are professional and focused on your satisfaction.  We will never be the cheapest but we should be mid range. This allows our people to earn a reasonable wage and not feel they need to cut corners.  Consistent quality is build on  a mutual understanding that everyone is due a fair days pay for a fair days work.

How do you normally charge for your service?

All regular cleaning is charged per job. We will come out and look at what you want done and then give you a set price for the service. The price includes all chemicals and equipment that we will bring and is the same price every time we come unless you ask for extra work like oven cleaning or window cleaning.  We also do one off cleans and these are normally charged by the hour. This can vary from area to area so we suggest you call and we can give you an estimate over the phone.  Cleaning is subjective so it is important that we are understanding what you want before giving you a price.

Select provides a first class home cleaning service. We will work with you to ensure we understand what you want and then that we perform above your expectations. This takes regular communication and a commitment from both of us to building a long term relationship based on a great cleaning and an ability for you to give us feedback regularly so we can keep exceeding expectations.
