Recommend installing a full length hanger beam or consulting the original Engineers design for the modifications to ensure adequate support. 2x hanger beams above the Meals area are not bearing on a wall below which may be due to an internal load bearing wall being removed at some stage. An additional hanger beam has been installed over the top and connected to the 2x unsupported hanger beams using a light weight hanger strap only which is not adequate support for these load bearing beams.
