Job Description: This house is currently on the market and I am trying to work out whether what I'm after is feasible and how much this will cost as a ballpark figure. The property is a townhouse, front one of two on the block. Double storey with 3 bedrooms upstairs. We require the lounge downstairs to be turned into a master bedroom with an ensuite and robes. The laundry and open living will need to be re-designed to allow for this. The house itself is a 30 year old home and based on the building inspection report will need some maintenance with rot on wooden window frames, rust on roof flushings and roofing, external facing doors have rot and sliding door to alfescro also has some damage from the external elements.
