Can't praise Gerard enough for doing a good and thorough job in cleaning up my front, side and back yards/garden. He gave me a quote for one and a half days (as it is not an easy task, I know), for which we agreed on his hourly rates and total job price. He can start pretty much the next business day. He came and did a thorough job, unsupervised, and even cleaned up the nature strip and foot path (which I forgot to ask him to do previously). He was able to finish the job in one day and just charged me for the actual time spent.
