  Must Have Maintenance Malvern recently completed gardening work at my property in Glen Iris, and the experience was excellent. They were professional, reliable, and delivered a very high standard of workmanship. Communication was clear and prompt throughout, and everything was completed on time as promised. They took great care with the property and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that is so dependable and takes genuine pride in their work. I would highly recommend Must Have Maintenance Malvern and will definitely use them again in the future.

  We selected Must have Maintenance for a project around our house. The backyard needed to be levelled, a concrete slab for a spa be poured, refresh the grass and transform the side yard from rough messy uneven gravel to something more visually appealing and stable. Adam, Mitch and the entire team did an outstanding work. They had the eye for all details, would provide options when faced with unplanned issues, worked with quality and professionalism and were all along super friendly and just so nice team to have. We could not be happier with the result. We highly recommend MHM and will trust them for any future work in our garden. See below the before and after picture for the side yard.   Looking at all previous negative comments. I Don’t this post commented with an A.I generated reply like all the other negative posts. This also isn’t the name I booked my visit or details with the company . As I want to stay unknown to them. This review is for one of my parents who dealt with them First time dealing with this company . Will be the last . Guy arrived for a one off visit . Both introduced themselves but one seemed like the leader out of them. He went on to say what would you like completed on thsi one off visit . So I started to walk around with them tell them what I really want to be done in the short time. It was around 5-10’mins in and the leader of the workers interrupted me not once not twice but more than 3,4 times saying this is just a once off visit if you want more done in the is short time yup can book a longer visit next time or go on going and the timer started when we arrived . He then went on to tell the other go unpack the van and start we will be a while. I really would liked if went through with the other work he seemed to know more about trimming pruning the correct way and caring for them . But I was stuck with this unprofessional guy who seemed to be grumpy and couldn’t be bothered listening to what I really wanted done. If your sending working lien this guy to a first time visit you will never get new clients . I would not have this worker be talking to clients or taking control . I can’t remember his name but through out the visit all I heard was music blasting through his phone while all his did was take photos of my hard and just use the blower and vacuum which I Cleary stated just blow the leaves onto the lawn and mow them but he just wasted time sucking up the leaves . Which I told him blow them onto the lawn which he didn’t. The other worker should be leader leader the way. He amazing he was busy and never stopped .. I would never go back with this company if all the workers are like the guy I had to deal with on the visit . You need more like the thentoehr guy soemoje who cares and loved the garden and knows what to do and listens to what the client wants

  Thank you for the review. We're sorry your parents weren't happy with their visit. At Must Have Maintenance we genuinely care about every job we do, and reading this isn't easy. We do want to be honest though. We've had no calls, no emails, no messages, and the name on this review doesn't appear anywhere in our booking system. We're not dismissing what's been said, but it does make it hard to look into what actually happened that day. If your parents want to pick up the phone and talk to us, we're all ears. What's been described (talking over a client during the walk-through, not following simple instructions about the leaves) is not okay and it's not what Must Have Maintenance is about. Doesn't matter if it's a one-off visit or a regular garden maintenance job, every single client gets the same level of respect and attention. That's non-negotiable for us. Glad to hear the other guy left a good impression. That's the attitude we want on every job.
