  Recently, we travelled to Melbourne from the UK to deal with the estate and property of a deceased relative. In advance of arriving, we commissioned MHM to bring the very over thrown garden under control and make it presentable. Having not seen the property or worked with MHM, let alone communicating remotely, we were a little apprehensive about how things would work out. We needn't have been. The quotation they gave was detailed and explained their pricing and how they worked and this is exactly what we got. The gardeners, Emanuel and Dan were polite and engaging. They arrived on time and after a brief chat they got to work. They completed 5.5 hours of work, communicating with us regularly, giving advice and to ensure they were doing what we wanted. The end result was remarkable, they had transformed the garden! Clearly they are very knowledgeable and skilled and they had worked very hard. Thank you for a great job! Andrew and Suzanne.

  Used them regularly for awhile until they increased their prices by 40% last year. Also despite being a regular customer I had to keep reminding the gardeners of specific things we wanted done each visit otherwise they would be missed. Other than that they were polite & did an ok job for what we needed.

  The below photo is of turf recently put down by this company. The entire edge of the lawn around the Boarder is dead never rooted to the soil the soil is too compacted the turf team have no idea . Wrong type of lawn for the area it was put. They said it can be put down all year round which is a lie and is tough hardy easy to take care of. The team don’t aerate it the team don’t care for the lawn . The team wanted to granular feed my garden beds as plant not looking good I told them you need to use liquid feed at this time of the year they replied with we don’t liquid feed. I replied with well what do you even do just mow edge blow weed hedge leave. I want a full proper garden crew that feeds plants and lawns with granular and liquid for the price we paid it’s not worth to have this company come they seem to not be qualified in the area of work from lawn types what’s good in shade area and what time to lay turf . To caring for plants and garden. It was like paying jim mowing to come over . My wife and 1 are no longer with This company and I suggest if you are looking for full detail work for a high price find a crew that knows about garden work from plant care to lawn care . WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. This company is just money hungry they say we are a big company but by the looks of it you hire workers that don’t know anyway about garden care

  Gardeners are un skilled probably unqualified and not punctual. My hedge looked more like an oval than a straight line and it wasn't even.

  Brief encounter with the team showed them to be extremely rude and inconsiderate. They blocked the view of a major intersection when starting a job at a Childcare client. When consulted they were dismissive and unapologetic. This caused me to have to pull out into the intersection blind and with kids in the car. Do better guys.
