This is for all of our downstairs (2 living areas, dining room and entrance way). Waiting on the insurance to let us know what the cash settlement will be and we would like to manage the work ourselves. We need to remove the existing floor, let the concreate dry for 6 weeks and have a new hard wood floor installed and would like to get a quote.
