15 Jul 2025Location: Balwyn North, VICJob Description: Need to put a fence at the front of our properties (12/12A) with 2 sliding gates for access to the driveways and 2 mailboxes on either side of the driveway. My understanding is Boorondara will require a building permit so need quotes/design done to obtain the permit. The driveways are on a slope as pictured and have attached landscape plan. Thinking aluminium slat or steel. Unsure if need will have issues with streetscape rubbish so hoping you can inform us of this.
