One of my favorite customer stories involves a lovely older couple who reached out to us after accidentally breaking the large bay window in their home during a sudden storm in the mt baw baw region. It was not just any window; it had been in their family for generations, and it held a lot of sentimental value for them.  When we arrived for the assessment, they shared memories of how their grandchildren would sit by that window to watch the snow fall during the winter months. They were understandably upset, but we assured them we would not only replace the window but also match the style and design as closely as possible to preserve its charm.  After we completed the installation, the couple expressed their gratitude and shared how relieved they felt that the window was restored to its former glory. They even invited us for a cup of coffee to celebrate! It was heartwarming to see their joy, and it really reminded me why I love this business. So I can provide a more accurate quote. It is recommended to send through some photos taken from outside the property 2 to 3 m away to include the ground and complete window frame. This will help me to see relevant details of what’s required of the job like accessibility height from the ground level if a ladder is required the material of the window frame and rough size of Glass. If you know any other of the relevant details, please share them with me such as rough size Glass type window frame materials and any other details that may be relevant. ￼

Pet doors are a specialty of mine having done so many pet door installations I can accomodate all types of pet door installations and give advice on which pet doors are more suitable for your property and location of install.
